Important information:
- The participant's card is linked to the Guest's phone number and is cumulative. Upon reaching the next status, the guest receives a discount of the next level.
- A personal account will be created for each participant of the program on our website, where they will be able to track their loyalty level and the history of your bookings.
- If the guest has not moved to the next level within 2 years after the status change, the savings on the card will burn out and the guest will return to the previous level.
- If the guest has the maximum loyalty level, the card is returned to the previous level if the guest has not made a single reservation in 2 years.
- Discounts on accommodation are provided only in case of direct booking on the website.
- Privileges are not available with the participation of travel agencies and companies, travel operators, Internet portals, and other ONLINE booking systems.
